Smart Upgrade for a High-End Apartment Building in Paris, France
Smart Community | Smart Retrofit of a High-End European Apartment Building
Paris, France · 32 Residential Units
For an apartment building in central Paris constructed in the 1980s—where the legacy intercom system supported only voice calls and visitors required manual registration by a concierge, causing severe lobby congestion during peak hours—Anjielo deployed a "5-in-1" AI facial recognition IP video intercom system. The setup features 5-inch facial recognition door stations (at both the main and garage entrances) and 10-inch indoor monitors, with support for up to six monitors per unit.
Results: Average visitor wait times dropped from 3–5 minutes to under 30 seconds; security incidents related to access control were eliminated; property management labor costs were reduced by 50%; and resident satisfaction surged from 62% to 94%. The system utilizes local facial data storage, ensuring full compliance with GDPR regulations.
