Buyer guarantees
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. We guarantee a refund if the shipment you receive does not match the description or if the item is not delivered within the buyer protection period. You may receive a refund within 15 days after the claim process has been completed. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer under all applicable mandatory laws and regulations in your place of residence.
1. Contact the seller
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. Send an email to sales5@anjielo.com and discuss the issue with us to find a solution.
2. Refund money
Most sellers will refund your amount within 15 days. Additionally, you can contact PayPal on the order details page to escalate your claim.
3. Free returns
Sellers offering the “Free Return” service will display a “Free Return” badge on the product detail page. When you use the “Free Return” service, you have 15 days—on top of the standard delivery period—to decide whether to keep or return the item for any reason, provided it remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and so on. It’s simple and fast:
Simply
• Return items locally and easily: 1) obtain a return code or label, 2) wait for door-to-door delivery service or take the package to the designated service point, and 3) finally, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of the returned item. • Don’t forget to select “Return Item” when filing your claim.
Quickly
• A refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned package, which meets the conditions for reimbursement. The product will be handled at a local warehouse rather than being shipped back to the seller’s country of origin (e.g., China).
Service Area
• Not all countries offer free returns. Currently, supported countries include the continental United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Brazil, and Israel.
• In addition, not all products on Anjielo.com include the free return service. The seller may choose whether or not to offer this additional service. Sellers who offer free returns will display a corresponding label or icon on the product detail page, indicating that this service is available.
Return shipping cost
• Returns via the designated local return point or through the door-to-door delivery service are free of charge.
• Note: You can take advantage of one free, one-time local return per order. If you submit multiple return requests for a single order, the free local return is available only once; subsequent return requests may still use this service, but you will need to cover the shipping costs to the designated local return point. Therefore, we recommend returning items together to avoid additional shipping fees.
Legal rights
The seller must comply with other applicable legal requirements (such as warranty, returns, etc.) that may apply depending on your location as the buyer. For example, in most EU countries, a two-year statutory conformity guarantee and a 14-day right of withdrawal typically apply (please note that, in the event of a return, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to the seller).
