Job Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products; 2. In accordance with the regional sales targets set by the company, develop a regional sales plan, break down objectives, and organize implementation; 4. Appointment Requirements: 1) Bachelor’s degree or higher; age 22–40. Candidates should be hardworking, dedicated, passionate about the sales industry, and possess strong communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills. 2. At least six months of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector; prior experience in the alcoholic beverages or water industries is preferred, as is veteran status. 3) Entry-level candidates may receive training and development opportunities. Operational Content 1. Can independently manage the product operations department, including but not limited to gathering and categorizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, tracking user needs, and monitoring products after they are launched; 2. Able, in alignment with operational objectives and based on product status, to establish an effective data‑tracking mechanism, adapting it to business development needs to support workflow optimization, while also being responsible for implementing relevant online product promotion initiatives and achieving KPI targets; 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitive trends, and conduct competitive analysis; 4. Based on current operational conditions and existing processes, optimize business efficiency. Appointment Requirements 1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, and high stress tolerance; capable of independently completing projects; 2. Demonstrates keen insight, independent analytical abilities, strong adaptability to innovation, and excellent communication skills; Passionate about product operations, innovation, and solving complex problems; 4. Able to create PRDs and prototype wireframes; candidates with banking experience or priority in phased e‑commerce and community e‑commerce sectors, familiar with the online earning industry, are preferred; 5. Exhibits resilience under pressure, strong execution capabilities, and a robust learning capacity.
